Withdraw from a contract

Would you like to withdraw from a contract? Find out who to contact and how to submit a withdrawal from your loan brokerage agreement to Maxda.

General information

Withdrawing from a contract means declaring that you no longer wish to be bound by it. If you have a right of withdrawal, you can exercise it within the applicable period. You do not need to give a reason.

Please refer to the withdrawal instructions in your contract documents for the applicable period, when it begins and the consequences of withdrawal. These instructions also identify the recipient and their contact details. Termination is a different declaration governed by the applicable termination conditions.

Banks and insurers

You must send a withdrawal from a contract with a bank or insurance company directly to that bank or insurer. Maxda arranges these contracts. The lending bank is your contractual partner for a loan, and the insurance company is your contractual partner for insurance.

Use the provider's withdrawal function or the contact methods in its withdrawal instructions. Have your name and contract, loan or policy number ready. Refer to the documents provided by your contractual partner.

The form on this page sends your declaration exclusively to Maxda. It does not withdraw from a credit or insurance agreement and does not forward your declaration to a bank or insurer.

Loan brokerage by Maxda

Your loan brokerage agreement with Maxda Darlehensvermittlungs GmbH concerns our instruction to arrange a loan for you. It is distinct from a credit agreement with a bank or an insurance contract.

To withdraw your declaration relating to the loan brokerage agreement, use the form at the end of this page. The other contact methods in your withdrawal instructions remain available.
